I’m Maryna Yelshanska, founder of Mymentum.

My background combines corporate marketing and business operations, entrepreneurship, consulting for startups and small businesses, and years of managing projects with many moving parts.

I’m originally from Odesa, Ukraine, and moved to Raleigh in 2024 after living and working across several countries. Today, I bring that mix of business experience, adaptability, curiosity, and practical problem-solving into Mymentum.

Experience goes beyond the office

I’ve organized homes and renovation projects, managed moves and everyday household logistics, raised two much-loved dogs, supported and accompanied family members through difficult periods, and adapted to life and work across several countries.

I’ve also had a long-standing personal interest in psychology, human behavior, and life coaching. It has shaped how I listen, communicate, and understand different personalities and situations.
